This policy explains what payziip.com, operated by SOAPsync, LLC, collects and why.
What we collect
- Purchase details: your name and email from checkout, the product you bought, and a payment reference from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- License details: your license (we keep only a scrambled form of the key and its last characters) and, for each activated site, the site address, a random site ID and the plugin version.
- Account details: if you log in to the customer portal, your WordPress account email.
- Support chat: messages you type into the help assistant, which are sent to our AI provider to produce answers. Do not enter passwords, keys, payment or health information.
- Technical logs: IP address and request details kept for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
- To issue licenses, email your key and receipts, and check that activations are valid.
- To give you the customer portal and support.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments).
- Our hosting and email providers (to run the site and send email).
- Our AI provider (only the messages you send to the help assistant).
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Purchase and license records are kept while your license is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.
