Everything you need to activate, move and renew a SupportZiip Standard license.
Activate a site
- In WordPress, open SupportZiip → PayZiip License.
- Paste your license key and click Activate.
- The screen shows Active, your plan, and how many production sites are in use.
Your key is sent to PayZiip once and is not stored on your site.
How many sites
- 1-site plan: 1 production site.
- 5-site plan: 5 production sites.
- Both plans: up to 3 extra staging or development sites (addresses such as staging., dev., .local or localhost), which do not count toward production sites.
Move a site to a new address
- On the moved site, open SupportZiip → PayZiip License and click Deactivate this site.
- Click Activate again with the same key.
If the site is a staging copy of a licensed site, click Remove old activation instead so the original keeps its license. You can also free any site from the customer portal with its Deactivate button.
Renewals and expiry
- Licenses run for one year.
- After expiry, sites already activated keep premium features for 14 more days.
- New sites cannot be activated on an expired license.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refunded or charged-back license ends at the site’s next check. Free SupportZiip features, your conversations and your data are never removed.
If PayZiip cannot be reached
Licensed sites keep premium features for up to 72 hours after their last successful check.
Lost key
The full key is shown only once, in your purchase email. The portal shows the last characters of each key. For a lost key, contact Support.
