These terms apply to payziip.com and to licenses bought through it. payziip.com is operated by SOAPsync, LLC (“we”, “us”). By buying a license or using this site you agree to these terms.
Licenses
- A license lets you use the licensed plugin features on the number of production sites in your plan, plus up to 3 staging or development sites.
- A license runs for the term shown at purchase (one year for SupportZiip Standard). After expiry, existing sites keep premium features for 14 days.
- A license is for you or your organization. Do not share, resell or publish your license key.
- We may end a license that is shared, resold, used to abuse our services, or refunded or charged back.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Refunds
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email you bought with. When a refund is issued, the license ends.
Your data and the plugin
The plugins run on your own website. Free plugin features and your site data stay with you when a license ends. See the Privacy Policy for what this site collects.
No warranty and limits
The site and the software are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
